How can you tell if someone has to scroll to view your website?

If you've got a significant amount of website statics, you can generally tell what screen size your regular visitors are using, but if you have a new website you won't have this yet.

There is a tool that you can use to determine this, based on the visitors to Google... so very handy at estimating what the screen size of people who would potentially by finding your website in the search engines.

Simply type your website's URL in the "Enter URL Here" box at the top-left of the screen, and click the Go button.
